Arrival
On the day of arrival the room is at your disposal from 2.00 pm.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am. Thank you!
General conditions
The prices listed above are in Euros per person/per night, for a minimum stay of three nights and include a rich breakfast buffet in the morning, parking area and ski room, garage for motorbikes and bicycles.
Local tax of Euro 1,90 per person/per day is charged in addition.
The reservation will be confirmed after the registration of the deposit by bank.
The deposit (acc. to Italian law Caparra) is a guarantee for your reservation and is not understood as a prepayment for our service. In any case the deposit will be withheld.
Withdrawal The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellations more than 30 days before the day of arrival are accepted in written form only and are charged with the withheld of the deposit only.
Cancellation within 30 days before the day of arrival (which has to be made in written form) and prior departures are charged with the whole amount of your reservation.
We suggest to arrange a travel insurance.
Payments The final payment can be done by cash, credit card or in advance by bank transfer in advance to your arrival.
